hey guys, i am rhaella. i’ve been roleplaying for roughly around 10 years now. it’s crazy to think it’s been so long, but i guess it kept me out of trouble for the most part. anyways, i’ve portrayed Zatanna for around five years if not more. she happened to be very special to me and i genuinely believe that she’s extremely underrated. i tend to stick close to the comics, mainly justice league dark, black canary and Zatanna : bloodspell, young justice show and comics, seven soldiers : Zatanna, seven solidersbod victory, pieces of harely's little black book, along with the Zatanna comics (2011) , however, since dc is constantly changing her age, I tend to keep her around Dick Grayson’s age much like she is in young justice just because i tend to mainly interact with the older bat family children. besides her fluctuating age, the other thing i canonically changed was her being a vegetarian, i only did this because in all her history it was only mentioned once in the Zatanna comics in the first issue. besides those few things i try to stay as close canon as i can. another thing, that may be important to mention is that this account will be a single ship account, meaning once she’s shipped she will not be getting in any other romantic relationships. she may playfully flirt if both parties, her current love interest and your muse know it’s a joke and are comfortable with it. but, i am more than willing to explore past relationships and develop those as well! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬:typically, i am not one for rules as most of them seem to be common sense within the rp community, but i’ll just post them so there’s no confusion on either end.god-moding is not allowed whatsoever, i understand in some starters you need to do this to get it started. i’m completely okay with that, but don’t try to control my character for me, especially if we have not talked about it and agreed on it.don’t harass me for a reply if you see me online, sometimes i only have time for small banter or smaller replies. occasionally some replies require more thought from me and i have to genuinely think on it. or i could be struggling with muse for that plot or just not he too sure where to do with my reply. if i don’t respond to it for two days and you see me around then go ahead and ask me what’s going on; because chances are i’m not intentionally ignoring you. plus, sometimes my life gets beyond complicated and i have little time on my hands asi work 40+ hours, attend university and have other adult responsibilities as I was born in '98.my account is a single ship muse, which means i will not ship with anyone else while my muse is in a relationship, so don’t pressure me for a relationship as i only ship based on heavy chemistry. however, if my character is in a relationship or not i will always be interested in past relationships. i feel as though they give a real aspect to the rp. also, I feel as though it is important to mention that this is not a lewd account, smut may be mentioned, but I will not just lewd with anyone. I am in my early 20's and will only ship with those whom I am shipping with. It's one thing to allude to smut occurring, but I will not write it with people whom are not my ship partner or minors.now, being that comics and the animations/shows always change the dynamics of relationships i will not expect you to have a past ship with me simply based on your character. if we both what to explore that, then we definitely should, but just know there’s no pressure!on that note, please don’t just assume that because zatanna is written into your character’s, i notice mostly ocs do this but i’ve had a couple canons for this as well, trying to force Zatanna to be a major part of the character’s background or treat them how you’re imagining it. i’m okay, with staying close if it’s canon related such as her deep connection with John, but don’t tell me that my muse HAS TO be in love with your character or act a certain way towards them.don’t ask for any starters, edits, or to be a main if you don’t plan on interacting. it’s genuinely one of my biggest pet peeves, so if you don’t like the starter i’ve written let me know, and we can come up with something else.lastly, i’m just here to have fun and make some friends, if you don’t like me or my portrayal feel free to unfollow, it’s as simple as that.

Although she usually performs her enchantments verbally, she is able to cast her spells by other means. She is powerful enough to be considered a "Sorceress Supreme". Magical Awareness, Black Magic: During her tutelage with Nick Necro, she along with John Constantine was taught black magic by the renown mage, a form of magic known for having a high cost to it's practitioners. Logomancy: Zatanna is able to speak her spells backwards to initiate a supernatural effect. Atmokinesis: Zatanna is able to utilize her backwards spells to manipulate the weather. She once changed rain into falling petals and changed the day cycle in Gotham from night to day, which she completely undid shortly afterwards. Chronokinesis, Dimensional Travel, Disintegration: Zatanna can use her magic to completely disintegrate objects. She was able to make a Batwing suit disintegrate by saying "edolpxe". Elemental Control : Electro-Blast: Zatanna can use her magic to fire bolts of electricity out of her hands, usually by uttering something like "sdnah fo gninthgil". Flight: Zatanna is able to walk on air, levitate or even fly. She can also give others the ability to do so, such as when she gave Batman the ability to walk on air. Force Field: Zatanna is able to create powerful force fields using her backwards talk to protect herself from supernatural threats such as the dark mists of Enchantress. Gravikinesis: Zatanna can control the gravitational pull of objects using her backwards spells. An example of this is when she uttered "teg yvaeh" on the robot Ascalon to make him fall through a floor. She can also decrease gravity in an area, allowing everybody within a certain vicinity of the spell to float upwards. Healing: Zatanna can completely heal a person of their physical injuries. An example of this is when she healed Batwoman after a traumatic fight with Azrael by simply saying "laeh". Invisibility: Zatanna is able to turn herself and others completely invisible by uttering something like "nrut elbisivni". Molecular Reconstruction: Zatanna can use her backwards magic to alter the molecular structure of objects. An example of this is when she said "tius pu", transforming Bruce Wayne's tuxedo into a fully functioning Batsuit. Telekinesis: Using her backwards magic Zatanna is able to move objects with simply gestures, such as when she tied cables around Batman's legs by saying "Dnib sih teef". She has also burst pipes and created a telekinetic umbrella against the rain using her mind. Teleportation: Zatanna is able to use her backwards magic to teleport herself to anywhere on the globe. She can also teleport others alongside herself, such as when she teleported herself and Batman to her hotel room in Gotham. Occultism: Zatanna is an expert magician with knowledge of innumerable spells and was taught by notable magicians Zatara and Nick Necro. Driving: Zatanna has shown herself capable of driving a motorcycle. Escapology: In preparation for her role as a stage magician, Zatanna was taught how to escape from precarious situations without using magic. By the time she was in kindergarten Zatanna could already escape from a straitjacket while underwater. Lock Picking: Zatanna was taught how to pick locks by her father. Prestidigitation: Zatanna was taught sleight of hand by her father as part of her training to become a magician.
